Supporting young people on their career path is highly important to STEYR MOTORS. This dedication was rewarded by the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKO Oberösterreich) with the ineo-Award.
The ineo-Award represents factors that are important to young people when selecting a company for their apprenticeship – innovation, sustainability, commitment and orientation. These values are highly important to STEYR MOTORS and fundamental for corporate education and further training – for teenagers as well as adults. This award given by the WKOÖ for the high commitment regarding apprenticeships, the responsible support of professional development and high quality in education reaffirms this focus.
It is a pleasure for all trainers in the company to support young people during the first steps on their career path and to educate them for example in the fields of logistics, administration or IT. STEYR MOTORS thanks all its apprentices for their efforts and looks forward to welcoming more ambitious trainees.
